Connecticut Apprentice Programs
Apprenticeship programs in the State of Connecticut are administered by the Department of Labor through Regional Apprenticeship Representatives. Skilled consultants provide technical assistance, monitoring, and consulting services to qualified employers willing to take on the responsibilities and obligations of program sponsorship.

The Office of Apprenticeship Training, Employer and Labor Services (OATELS) is a consolidation of the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training and the new responsibilities of the employer and labor liaison. OATELS engages in partnership activities, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
